While most cats are content chasing toy mice or batting at feather wands, one extraordinary kitten has taken her playtime to the next level—by becoming a skateboarding prodigy.
Puka, a spirited feline, discovered her passion for skateboarding by accident when her owner noticed her jumping onto a board left on the floor. To her owner’s surprise, the kitten quickly figured out how to maneuver the skateboard on her own, using her weight to propel it forward.
Rather than discouraging the unusual hobby, Puka’s owner decided to nurture her talent, purchasing a mini skateboard designed just for her. At first, the stiff wheels hindered Puka’s speed, but after an upgrade to smoother-rolling ones, she was gliding like a seasoned skater.
Her impressive skills have since earned her a devoted following on TikTok, where fans compare her to legendary skateboarder Tony Hawk. “I’m invested in this little girl’s training… she’s a natural!” one user commented.
Though Puka now has her own custom board, she hasn’t abandoned her roots—she still enjoys riding her owners’ full-sized skateboards, using them to practice more advanced moves. Her thirst for adventure led her owner to introduce a mini ramp, which, after some initial hesitation, Puka mastered with ease. For safety, her owners cushion her landings with pillows at the ramp’s base.
While kickflips and ollies may still be beyond her repertoire, Puka’s rapid progress suggests even bigger tricks could be on the horizon. For now, this fearless feline continues to impress, proving that with enough determination—even a kitten can shred.
