Two cats, Corazon and Cuchito, from the Lollypop Farm Humane Society shelter in the United States have not been adopted for a long time due to their aggressive personalities and fear of humans. After being adopted by their previous owner, the father and son cats became nervous due to changes in the environment and often hid or attacked the staff.
After discovering their Spanish names, an employee attempted to play Spanish learning tapes. As a result, the cats gradually relaxed, began to accept the interaction, and even got close to the staff. This change made it easier for them to be adopted, and they successfully found their permanent home three months later.
In the new family, the son Cuchito quickly adapted and became close to his master, while the father Corazon still needed time to adapt. The staff said it was comforting to see them make progress and find their home.
