Finn is a distinctive flame-ignited Siberian cat. Not only has he broken the stereotype that “cats hate water”, but he has also won the hearts of human parents with his adventurous personality.
Finn’s “water career” began when he jumped into the water and sat still for 10 minutes for the first time while hiking in the evergreen tree with his parents. Nowadays, he is passionate about swimming and boating, and has even opened the door to more water activities for his family.
Finn’s parents had hesitated because their father was allergic to cats until they discovered a hypoallergenic Siberian cat breed. Finn’s joining turned Dad into a “cat lover”, and the whole family poured all their love into it.
Finn not only loves water, but is also known for “destroying the house” – rummaging through cupboards to force parents to install child locks, climbing 20-foot-high stair railings, and even waking up his mother with a “head-down kill” in the early morning. He also likes to socialize on the front porch wearing a leash and is as friendly as a dog.
Finn’s mother believes that the abilities of cats are often limited by human stereotypes. She encourages an open mind and allows the cat to explore new experiences at its own pace. Finn’s story proves that the world of cats is far more wonderful than we imagine.
