At a music festival in Mexico, a kitten named Elio, covered in fleas and scars, and its puppy companion Taco walked straight towards a photographer who was working. Although Elio is in poor health, he is especially close to her. The photographer and his friends brought the two animals back to the office to take care of them and decided that if the kitten was still there the next day, they would adopt it.
The next day, when the puppy appeared alone, the photographer was once disappointed, but eventually Elio showed up too! She secretly took the kitten back to the hotel, while her friend adopted Taco. Now, at the age of two and a half, Elio has grown from a clingy little cat into an independent and lively “cool cat”, but his mother’s love for him has not diminished at all.
If you find a kitten that seems to be alone, you should first observe whether there is a female cat present. Orphaned kittens should be moved indoors as soon as possible for warmth (the recommended room temperature is 75°F), and provided with clean water and special milk powder (after they have teeth, they can be mixed with cat food for feeding). Seek medical attention promptly and isolate other pets to prevent infection. Female cats and kittens can participate in the TNR program (neutering and releasing or adoption).
This street romance proves that sometimes fate arranges the warmest ending for stray animals.
